We're supporting a Real Estate investment company based in UK hire a Senior Administrator for a fully remote role.
Ideal candidate can work effectively remotely to support senior leaders and be able to commute to the office once every 2 months for meetings or events.

In this role you will work under the FC and CEO (finance team of around 6-7 people) to own the reporting, month end, and produce full sets of Management Accounts.
They also want someone who is commercial who has experience of business partnering across the entire company, including manufacturing, IT, inventory etc that can add value and drive efficiencies. You would be very system savvy, and have already implemented and updated ERP systems to have effect over the whole organisation.
There is a lot of scope of Budgeting, Analysis, modelling, and process improvement along side normal reporting where you can almost produce your own role long term!
In essence, good technical skills, along with gravitas and drive to influence stakeholders.

The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years experience in an all round accounts assistant role who has assistted with month end and who can own the transcational processing.
Any experience in leveraging AI to automate processing is ideal.
Reporting to a HOF who is keen to give the successful candidate exposure to producing management accounts as thep progress.
